2MR|Capital, LLC is a commercial real estate firm focused on providing capital solutions and advisory services to developers, owners, and investors. Through private equity partnerships, 2MR invests directly in commercial properties and partners with developers/owners to complete acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and build-to-suit developments. Richard Cole, Jr., MAI, is a commercial real estate professional across multiple asset classes, geographies, and capital stack positions.  His is experiences include working through all phases of the real estate investment cycle: asset identification and vetting, detailed investment analysis, managing and performing due diligence, investment structuring, sourcing and securing investment financing, managing closing, providing asset/investment management, and managing the investment disposition.  He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
